We understand that travel plans may change due to unexpected situations. Our cancellation and refund policy is transparent, fair, and easy to understand for all guests booking safaris, accommodations, or related travel services.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

All safari bookings require advance payment to confirm the reservation. The required advance amount may vary depending on:

  • Type of safari
  • Season / demand
  • Availability
  • Resort or service provider policies

Full payment for certain peak seasons or premium services may be required in advance.

  • 29 to 16 days before safari date: 50% refund
  • 15 to 8 days before safari date: 25% refund (75% cancellation charges)
  • 7 to 5 days before safari date: 10% refund (90% cancellation charges)
  • Less than 96 hours / No-Show: No refund

Note: Once safari permits are booked online, they are 100% non-refundable as per forest department rules.

3. Refund Process
  • Refunds issued to the same account or payment method used during booking
  • Bank/Payment gateway charges (if any) deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds may take 7–21 working days depending on banking procedures

No refunds for unused services, early departure, late arrival, or changes requested after the safari date has passed.

4. Modifications & Rescheduling

Requests for date changes or modifications will be considered based on:

  • Availability
  • Forest department rules
  • Resort / service provider policies

Additional charges may apply if rates differ on new dates or if third-party rules require fresh bookings.

We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural calamities

  • Strike, protest, or operational shutdowns by authorities

Refunds or rescheduling will follow the rules set by forest department, hotels, or other service providers.

6. No Liability for External Services

  • Changes in safari timings or routes by forest authorities
  • Permit cancellations by government departments
