Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all safari bookings, travel arrangements, and services offered by Jungle Trails India for Pench National Park. By using our website or making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept all policies mentioned below.

1. Booking Policy & Advance Payments

To secure any booking—whether it is a Pench safari permit, accommodation, transfer, or a complete tour package—an advance payment is required. The advance amount varies depending on the type of service, seasonal demand, availability, and time remaining before services. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour commencement. Services will not be provided until full payment has been received.

Peak Season Payment Rule: During high-demand periods (Christmas, New Year, long weekends, major festivals), certain hotels, resorts, and transport vendors may require 100% advance payment.

2. Accepted Modes of Payment

International Guests: SWIFT/Bank Wire Transfer, Master/Visa Credit Card Authorization

Indian Guests: UPI / Net Banking, Domestic bank transfer, Cash, Traveller’s cheques, Master/Visa/American Express credit card

Note: Credit card payments may include applicable bank or gateway charges.

3. Cancellation, No-Show & Early Departure Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect from the date Jungle Trails India receives your written notice.

  • 30 days or more: 75% of total amount
  • 29–16 days: 50% of total amount
  • 15–8 days: 75% of total amount
  • 7–5 days: 90% of total amount
  • Less than 96 hours / No-show: No Refund

Important: Government-issued safari permits for Pench National Park are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for unused or cancelled services (if applicable) are processed according to the cancellation policy above. Refund timelines: 2–4 weeks depending on banking and administrative procedures. Bank charges will be deducted for bank/credit card refunds. Refunds are made only to the original payer’s account or card.

5. Liabilities & Limitations
5.1 Government Fee Revisions

Any increase in safari entry fees, guide charges, tax rates, fuel prices, or other mandatory charges by the Government of India or Forest Department will be borne by the customer, even after booking confirmation.

5.2 Role as a Facilitator

Jungle Trails India acts solely as a booking facilitator/agent for hotels, resorts, airlines, transport providers, railways, and local service vendors. All bookings are subject to the terms of these third-party providers.

5.3 Itinerary Modifications

Published itineraries are sample plans. Changes may occur due to weather, forest conditions, road closures, wildlife movement, guest health, or operational/safety reasons. We reserve the right to adjust schedules for safety and comfort.

5.4 Limitation of Responsibility

Jungle Trails India is not responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by natural disasters, political disturbances, accidents, vehicle breakdown, illness, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.

5.5 Loss or Damage

We are not liable for loss/theft/damage of personal belongings, luggage, or injuries. Guests are responsible for their property.

6. Travel & Medical Insurance

Jungle Trails India does not provide insurance for accidents, illness, theft, trip interruption, or baggage loss. Guests are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel and medical insurance.

7. Guest Responsibilities
  • ID used for booking must match the ID carried during safari check-in.
  • Guests must adhere to reporting times at Pench safari gates.
  • All forest rules and regulations must be followed.
  • Government fee differences must be paid at the entry point.
  • All booking information must be accurate and complete.
8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Jungle Trails India or using our website, you accept all the Terms & Conditions above. Policies may be updated periodically without prior notice.
